Almirall was at a defining moment, pivoting its business entirely towards dermatology, a change that required alignment both internally and externally. The challenge was to translate this strategic shift into a creative platform that resonated with medical professionals, patients, and employees alike, while reinforcing Almirall’s credibility and purpose in a new category.
Driving a cross-disciplinary team, we delivered two integrated actions: a consumer-facing TVC and an internal experiential campaign. Both reinforced the company’s evolution, making complex medical expertise clear, human, and confident, while energizing employees and positioning Almirall firmly in its new dermatology focus.
